Juicy, tender ham baked in the oven and glazed with an amazing orange glaze. The ham glaze is made with orange juice, brown sugar, honey and cinnamon.

  • 10 pound spiral cut bone-in ham
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line the bottom of the roasting pan with foil going both directions.
  2. Place ham in pan with the cut side down. Add a little water under the ham. Bring foil up and over the ham and roll it to close the foil around the ham and the water in the bottom.
  3. Bake the ham for 2.5 hours.
  4. About 45 minutes before the ham is finished baking, place the brown sugar, honey, orange juice, ground cinnamon and ground cloves in a small saucepan and whisk together over medium heat. Bring the glaze to a simmer, then cook for 1-2 minutes to dissolve all of the sugar. The glaze will be smooth when finished.
  5. About 30 minutes before ham is finished cooking, bring the ham out of the oven and use a brush to baste the outside of the ham with the juicy glaze. Reseal the foil and continue baking until finished.
  6. Take the ham out of the oven and let it rest when it reaches an internal temperature of 135-140 as the ham will continue cooking while resting. Allow your ham to rest for at least 20 minutes before serving.
  7. Enjoy!
